That's awesome, I had never played a HBR before a few days ago and quickly settled on either UAC/10 in the torso plus 4 MPL or now gauss plus 4 MPL in each torso.

The question though is whether it is worth the tonnage to go for a TCII as I have done or whether the better cooling efficiency is more important. I have been swinging from one option to the other every few matches.

EDIT: Oddly enough, 2 MPL 2 LPL is also a killer combo, with the shield side armored down and one point on each arm (make sure always to use the ballistic arm with the +10 arm armor quirk, helps shield with that arm for longer).

that build...I'd been off four a couple of weeks, just grabbed my HBR and launched, landed in pugs and thought mother of god, what. is. this.
five battles, nothing lower than 500.
I was experimenting offline. forgot about it, meant to grab the gauss/4MPL build...runs COOL COOL COOL, at first I hung back thinking I was doomed, maybe I could protect assaults from lights...it shreds lights btw...and arms and legs on most anything else.

Basically, it trades the TC 3 and 4 Heatsinks for an SRM6+A and 2 MGs.
