You know you wanna! It's hilarious against bigger mechs. So much shake. So much damage it's insane! You easily get focused though, lights completely neuter cUAC10s as well because of the ballistic velocity. It's just slow enough to make it very difficult to hit fast mechs beyond the 200-300m mark. That's 100 damage after one double-tap though, and remains cool enough to do many follow ups. Jamming helps keep it cool as well. Heat is the biggest wild-card when you blindly start double-tapping in a panic. Thinking of trying a macro for this build. Will update.
I did run the Whale with 4x cUAC10 and 6x cSPL for a bit to keep the lights at bay, and, you're right. Even with "only" four cUAC10s, the damage output is insane! Still, 5x UAC10s?????????? If you get a group of UMAD brothers to cover your mobile turret, you will WRECK everyone!!!

I managed to find Sol in my Firestarter the night this was being used...it hurts, but man I shredded the armor off of 3 components in one pass (after he was slightly softened up a bit). It goes down FAST once people start looking at it.
in one pass? bro, I was crit EVERYWHERE by the time you got to me, after destroying nearly killing the other firestarter and wrecking the face of a Jager and a Wolverine.
Nah, you still had armor before I shot ;p I remember being shocked that you were hurt so bad after that pass.
Why do i have a picture in my mind now of a Orc that rides a Dire Wolf and screams "I like da sound of my Dakka!" ... probably played too much Dakkabuilds (3/4 of my Direwolfs are pure Ballistic :x)
