Thats because it has a modular style cargo bay. If you look aft of the rover ramp you will see two modular like units. It is believe that this is where cargo/equipment etc. will go.

 

Sight second batch went in 10 seconds?! Like fo reals! the line about they having no statistics that ppl bot during flash sales starts to wear a bit thin..

Starts to feel a bit like the Javelin will be the unicorn of SC of sorts. 200 on sale total and a LOT more than 200 ppl willing to fork out 2500$ for it. No wonder its hard to get..

 

Wasn't even 10 seconds. I was pressing refresh constantly on the ship page itself and it was under the time it took to refresh and me press buy.- 5 secs tops. Not going to stay up till 2am my time so hope you manage to get one of those. I'll try for the last one.

 

Yeah sorry tops 5 i NEVER saw the counter even go up when they "hit" the store the second time.

Well the first one was slower and I almost got one.

The second as we both saw was..... insane

 

Yeah i got one to check out the first time too. Then i went downtown and left my browser open cam back and when i refreshed it i had been logged out and my basket was empty... After that every sale i wasn't even able to add it into the cart..

Cant say i'm bummed as hell but i guess i set myself up to fall so to speak. 200 is so few and soo many wanted one.

 

Never even went off 0 for me this last time... I was refreshing every 3 secs or so.... how is that possible?

I'm waiting for cs to detach my phoenix upgrade and then might melt my constellation for the carrack since Connie has no LTI.

 

Yeah I need to get them to detach my Blue upgrade as want the option to change to Red for the dedicated medical ship.

Hey guys! As some of you know, if you purchase a ship upgrade during the sale it does not change the insurance included. (For instance, if I purchase a Hornet Tracker upgrade today as part of the sale, I can make my ship into a Tracker... but I will still have six month insurance instead of two year insurance.) There is an image floating around the ether of exactly how they did it too. Essentially they used many people to log in to 4 accounts (several in each account) and then they used the Vanilla forums software to click spam itself. BOOM they got several Javelins.

I asked concierge about CIG's opinion regarding the high end packages, citing that they are fairly uninteresting and have inflated prices for what is contained (I was referring specifically to the fleet pack and war pack since they don't get something ambiguous like the million mile high club).

Yes, I actually made a proposal for changes to the high tier packages to make more sense cost/ship wise and have had them approved! You should see the changes coming later this month if all goes to plan

I followed up asking about sharing the info, and also asking if package updates would be retroactive.

Sure, it's already gotten out a bit so no harm there! The changes won't be retroactive, any previously sold packages would not be touched, but I have a feeling a lot of people will want to switch
