Any Star Citizens out there?

Something to be said for being able to loadout your hangar, and walk around your ships. Wish I could do this with the mechs in MWO.

 

I'm actually looking around for a decent 2560x1440 monitor to run my 780Ti on and then whatever next gen card I get next year.

But REMEMBER it's alpha and a lot of graphics stuff has not yet been tweaked for users. Ofc devs can make those beauty shots and so seems users if they play with Cryengine SDK. If you haven't check out a guy named Anything FPS on youtube.

 

Oh yeah love his video's - I often use them to help me select variants as I'm a sucker for a nice looking ship.

Of course he also turned me off the Freelancer MIS due to the daft looking tits on the front ... not so sure that was the right choice but I do like the look of the base one anyway and its flexibility.

 

Hehe they are a bit funny, but they i never say no to a nice pair of bewbs..

Hyped for the FPS reveal at during PAX Australia? I know i am their AA was a good read and got my hopes up for a cool FPS module.

Also the Drake Herald will be on sale during he PAX weekend for 85$. Guess it's another ship i need to buy...

No LTI makes me doubtful on any ship now unless I really see something unique about it. Suspect most of my buys will be in game now unless concepts with LTI.

 

Wonder if they will build it out so you can have a single high profile (wanted) passenger? Sort of like what N'dru Suhlak did in Star Wars.

 

It's a concept sale so it will have LTI most def.

Yeah didn't realise this was a concept sale as its from what $20 million ago?

 

True it was quite some time ago they were revealed. But yeah all Wave 3 ships will first have a concept sale then later on when they are ready to be put in game they go on sale again but then with no LTI.
Due to this change in heart the Gladius and Xi'an Scouts that were sold without LTI got a free upgrade to LTI.

 

Soooo, good news everyone! Additional to the Drake Herald sale that starts on Friday well get 2 surprise hangar sales during saturday. My guess is it's the Mustang and Gladius.

Thats odd my Xian had LTI never realised they sold it later on as I thought that was a one off sale.

 

Phew... payday is Friday.....

TBH want to pay most of the balance of my accommodation off for the holiday so might not get much more than the courier.

 

You might as well the mustang and Gladius (my guesses) will if revealed be AC ready meaning that they'll be for sale from now on. At least the Mustang as it's a starter ship.

 

If the mustang is LTI then maybe otherwise probably not.

 

No LTI on the mustang if it's not CCU'd onto a ship that has LTI.

Damn seems we might get a patch as well (hope QA clears it) and Jump Point should drop Friday!
