Your little narrative made me chuckle... and since it portrays this as sort of a grindy build, and I don't have a spare XL300 at the moment, I used one of the many XL275 engines I have laying about to save some scratch (good ol' phoenix project... would a little variety have killed ya?). Anyway, downgrading the engine lets you max the armor and pick up an AMS, or keep the cooling level and throw in some additional LRM ammo for chuckles. Since this is a longer-range build anyway, I don't feel like the speed loss is that big a deal. AMS & Armor Alternate: WVR-6K Cooling & Ammo Alternate: WVR-6K
Not been enjoying the Wolverines much. Just been trying this build out and its awesome. Been getting a consistently high K/D. Fun to use and is awesome for taking out lights oddly enough. Im running mine with an XL 280, AMS, Bap and 3 tonnes of LRM ammo. Love it! Might drop some LRM ammo and add another HS. Cheers for the build!
