A build with solid, steady, mid-range damage. No massive alpha, but great heat and an ability to put damage where it's needed. ACs can be fired in tandem for better accuracy or chained for greater psychological effect.
I quite like the cycle time between the LL and the AC5's, lets me hit mechs twice with the AC5, then the LL. 4-5 stars.
