This is similar to the Mean Machine build, but a bit slower and with PPCs. 30 pinpoint damage and enough streaks to nearly match a Kintaro. It runs warm but the PPCs and streaks are only occasionally used at the same time its not hard to manage after elite. The weapons have good range to keep the infamous CT off the front lines and the streaks keep the lights off.
BAP means that you get the anti-ECM capability without the heat penalty of firing a PPC. Also useful if you are unlucky enough to have an ECM Light face-hugging you (< 90 metres).
