Too slow for a victor. Victors are pretty bad at tanking damage anyway and their mobility (used to) make them good. I'd consider it as an overweight heavy instead: Took the XL330 from the Dragon Slayer, but can be any XL325+ engine. If possible at least 2 JJs would also be a good idea for verticality.
