Different Victor variant inspired from my previous 1xUAC20 + 3xLL VTR-9A1 build _ Simple pinpoint brawler with good speed and decent tank. Don't worry about armor values: arms and legs features a whopping +16 armor on each, so armor values are actually in-line with most common builds.
