One of the faster dual HG platforms, if you don't mind relying on quirks for armor.
Less vertically mobile than Steiner's Hunchback IIC, but it carries more punch.
The lasers can track nearby lights, pop UAVs, tag assists, and do not require ammo.

But seriously, the armor deficiency can be... problematic.
