_ Does the 2ERLL as the RVN-3L, but with 4LMG and JJs. Lacks ECM but that's ok. Can change 1JJ for .5t of LMG ammo, and may need more DHS because of the cooldown reduction for the ERLLs. That cooldown with range quirk is definitely what makes it interesting in terms of DPS.
This build is fun! The vulcan is plenty mobile to reposition and exploit the cooldown and range quirks. I cant wait until I skill this mech; It seems to fill the role of sniper/fire support easily. I've pulled in several 500+ damage games with this.
