I'm a bottom tiered player, and using this build has consistently improved my pilot ranking. It's surprisingly manueverable, and can poptart. My match score hovers around 250 with this. Truly surprising no-one had posted a ER PPC variants until 20 freaking 20. It's a shut-down prone beast until you get the good operations nodes and the flamer nodes unlocked, but worth the grind.
