Primarily runs on hate and self-loathing, but the jump jet quirks are also nice.

Easy to get two alphas in, if you have to. Otherwise chain fire or fire in two groups to avoid the ghost heat. Not a lot of cooling for ATM36 with jump jets, so take breaks to cool down and reposition.

 

I would make a case that the 3x ATM9 is the more common meta build. ATM 27 still hits pretty hard and is way cooler and much, much faster.

With 3x ATM12s, you need to be very careful about being left behind or overheating.

Probably comparable to running 2x MRM40 vs 2x MRM30 for IS mediums. There is a real cost that is felt in used tonnage and heat and lost sustained dps and mobility.
