The damage output ist not so bad, but the build is a little bit hot. You should skill mech operations, heat generation and laser duration.
Bit too much armor cut on the legs, and an XL255 weighs the same as the XL250 you could more some armor from the empty arm to the legs and/or mount some jumpjets with it. I'd probably go for 2LPL, 2ERML instead (similar damage output but 5t lighter), and increase the speed/mount a light engine with the tonnage. That's probably the best you can achieve with the Uziel.
