This built is made for IS-CW. My answer to the stormcrow- and the mad cat-meta(1gauss/4ermedlaser)! They shoot one time, i do twice... it does nearby double dmg at every duell and runs much cooler than the clan mechs. The only problem of this built is it´s lesser range.
