Best part of this build is having range. You can snipe and poke, deal damage early. When you're in a brawl, you have enough DHS to be pretty consistent with the MPLs and when there's an open component or a light running around you still have the 20 PPFLD to rely on, even if the lasers are on cooldown. This was on a fairly warm map (Rubellite), and I was pretty much most of the engagement in a rolling brawl at top speed.
