Not that fast. Not that powerful either, but when both your secondary and tertiary weapon groups can fire separately without heat build-up, things don't seem so bad. You can in theory even get about ten salvoes from cold with your PPCs before overheating. Not a front line build be any means, more of a mid-range damage dealer.
