Theory crafting at its finest: I had to mentally play tetris to achieve the following goals:

1. MRM60 or more
2. Every slot occupied in torsoes and arms to max out DHS
3. Cooling efficiency ~ 40% due to cooldown quirks: this build is hotter than it look

Weapon arrangement is weird, but if we consider firepower, build is actually symmetrical...
Due to very high cooling efficiency, ghost heat shouldn't be an issue.

 

Seems solid.


I only have the 3FB stalker, so I would prefer running something like this:



But that misses out on all the CD perks, as well as the range from the medium lasers.
