It runs cool enough that I can fire 3 weapons every turn for more than 6 turns, which is usually less than is required to kill whatever it is I'm up against. I acquired the second Gauss Rifle at some random shop half way through the campaign. I put it on a Hunchback originally. It was great as a sniper than too.
