I decided I wanted a fast hit and run Raven that had ECM support seeing as how I liked the Raven-2X 'Legger'. But being so fast, why not add a NARC to sweep around and place a beacon to rain missiles from allies as well? Put a Radar Deprivation module on there and you will almost never be on radar.
NARC builds are always good on the 3L. And if you want ammo, can always trade an MPL for a regular MLas and add in another ton. Solid, so long as your team brought the lurms.
This is considered one of the standard loadouts for the 3L and fits this mech perfectly. I'd remove the DHS from the torso for some additional armor and another half a ton of NARC ammo, as 12 shots are usually not enough from my experience. Otherwise, extremly solild build.
