When I was working on that spreadsheet addition, I saw that the Quickdraw 5K was speedy (the IV4 is slower than the others) while also coming with 7 DHS's and having a little more tonnage than the 4H and 4G. Seemed like this would be a good build for it, including a LRM5 for VTOL's:
