It runs fast, it does it in circles, and it rarely overheats on heat neutral maps if you watch your fire. For the loadout, when you make the post make sure it's httpS://, to fix it edit your post and completely remove that link, then repost it with the S. Also, edit your title to have the loadout summary. You would put: PNT-8Z "Road Runner" (1x LL, 1x ML, 1x SRM4, 3x JJ, 250XL, 12x DHS) People typically don't put the amount of heat sinks in the summary, but it's pretty important information, IMO.
