    IMHO is not gonna be anywhere good: cuPL are excelent for sustained DPS, but they can't perform well without additional cooling... Plus, they have lower alpha strike, lower duration and lower range, so they simply don't pair up well with the cHSL alpha. Even 8xcuPL alone isn't sustainable with only 4 DHS (26% cooling efficiency).

  5. Then again there are games with streak boats that I end up with 37 damage. Need to turn down the aggressive meter a bit.

    I am running 2x cool shot with UAV.

    I think I am playing a lot more hit and run and much less sustained damage. I am trying to leg 'em and leave 'em unless the back shot is very, very open. I am finding it a lot easier to fight other lights/mediums.

    If you can't engage early or the game is a stomp, expect lower damage scores. Hunt in packs if you can.

    After the initial alpha, you should be near 50% heat. At that point I am already planning on hitting with the micros again (85 damage so far) and thinking about whether or not to use the Heavy Small Lasers again or start running. If it looks like it may go into a brawl that I can't disengage cleanly from, I hold off on the heavies and use the Micro Pulses until I see an opening for a finishing shot.

    If you can cut and run and your UAV is over the hopefully legged mech, life is good. Cool down and come back at a different angle if your team hasn't finished them off already.

  7. (May 2021) Micropulse laser damage is reduced a bit. Still 88.5 damage 2.6 seconds.

    Less than 90 damage in 2.6 seconds.
    More damage (60.5) in the first 1.1 seconds vs the April 2021 15 micropulse build (45).
