At forty-five tons you can't have it all. I sacrificed flight to keep the MASC and the AMS. Twin pulse make for a nice poking arm. Sit back and bodyguard until the battleground has thinned then do what you can. Yes I know could have gone ferro for another ton but it didn't seem worth the expense of changing out engines. I was just looking a leveling build. I much prefer the PHX-1K and PHX-2.
10+ kph for cost of ferro might be worth it. I would also consider dropping the AMS, but your mileage may vary.
