This guy is a real cosmic beast. Lot's of 1/2 ton Gauss ammo on the right arm and torso to crit pad and protect your valuable Meteor Gun (ERLLAS + Gauss). They feel the burning heat before the crushing impact! AMS equipped to help you and your nearby allies live longer in a hell of LRM's. If you and your allies have AMS, sometimes you can completely negate incoming LRM fire, and who wouldn't want that?!

    Weapon Group 1 - 2x ERLLas + 1x Gauss:

I fire these two together. The ERLLas act as a laser sight (that does 22 damage!) for the Gauss. You hold down mouse 1, to fire the ERLLas and start charging the Gauss, then release mouse 1 when your Gauss is charged and your aim is ready. Firing them together like this cuts the time you must be exposed and vulnerable, resulting in you taking less damage, yay! And, leading with the ERLLas makes it really easy to aim the Gauss when its charged and ready. If you just want to fire the ERLLas and NOT the Gauss, simply just click mouse 1, instead of holding it, and only the lasers will fire as the Gauss needs to be held to charge before firing. If you want JUST THE Gauss, see Weapon Group 4.

    Weapon Group 2 - 2x SRM-2:

Like an SRM-4 but with only a two second cool-down, and almost no missile spread! Great for lights and brawling.

    Weapon Group 3 - 2x ERSLas:

Back up lasers for light defense, and for a good punch of added DPS if you get in close and personal.

    Weapon Group 4 - 1x Gauss:

If you are getting too hot to fire the ERLLas as a combo with the Gauss, or have other reasons, here you go. If you want to fire JUST THE ERLLas, see Weapon Group 1, simply click it, instead of clicking and holding to charge the Gauss.

Pretty good match. I dont think I'd give the Orion IIC chassis the best overall rating, but I do think this build is one of the ones that can make it pretty fun, and effective.
