NTG-D "Kiran 210618" (1xcERPPC, 3xcAC10, ECM)

Saw Kiran Yagami of 228 running something like this.

So stripped some more armor and ammo to add ECM.

Ran out of ammo at the end. I had to 'waste' a few shots on stupid base turrets.
