Not much to be said, I don't use ATM's much, the heavy meds give you your only defense <125m, but can also add to the alpha at optimal range of the ATM's. It seems to mostly work.
Two ATM-6's weigh more than 9+3 and take up more space than a simple 12. So with these substitutions you get yourself a light CAP for free...
4/5, Very enjoyable build, shreds lighter mechs like no other, as long as you keep them outside of your dead zone. Bigger slower bois are dead meat. Switched personally to a version with TAG to speed targeting and reduce spread further.
I would shave a bit of armor to get a reduction of 0.5 heat from an ATM12 vs ATM9 + ATM3. This also lets you spread out ammo a bit and may help if you loose a torso early.
What perk does the NCT-B get for staying off omni components? Because if you don't care about it, you can put NCT-CC arms on the thing and have more laser hardpoints:
