It's a troll - it's punishingly slow, it wastes 8 tons on clan computers running Windows 31.50 (soon to be updated to 31.60!) that together do the same thing a pair of binoculars and luck can, and it's slow. Anything closer than 500m and you'd better hope your teammates cover you. Also unless it's nothing but a long range match, it's kind of fun to play the challenge. Is this a waste of a decent chassis? Yes, yes it is.
