NB: I posted in K section because it's what I use, but you can build this one on every JR7 chassis. Cons are obvious: you're slow (I mean for a Jenner: 130km/h) and not very mobile because of the lack of jumpjets. But you pack a decent fire-power (similar to a 6*MLasers JR7-F) and most of it is effective at medium range. Combined with your speed, it means you rarely run out of target. It's also useful to deal with streakers before they can fire at you, as well as for standard harassment. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_rCNioP3Tyw Edit: Skribs has a point when he says this build would be better on a Cicada: you're faster and more heat efficient. But the jenner has its arm-mounted weapons mobility.
Interesting build you have there, I like it, and I can see from the game play footage that it is also quite deadly.
You might just be able to get away with trading a single heat sink for two jump jets. Either way, good work packing that much firepower into a jenner.
I'm afraid it will run too hot, I'm useless if I can't dissipated the heat from those LL. But you're right, the lack of JJ is a weakness, I'm always frustrated when I don't have them on a light. Maybe striping a little armor for one JJ? (it's not much, but i allows quick turns and some escape)

I run very similar, but, with two small lasers, a lil less armor and no additional heat sinks to accommodate an XL300 and single JJ. I can't give up a Jenner's speed. Not a ton of height from one Jet, but, it helps her get over steep slopes with her speed. I'm not a fan of this variant, but, have to XP cap and made the best of it with speed and some more distance. I do really like the idea of LLas on a Jenner to bring the max-dist up. The cicada build that I posted also included text comparing it to this build. While it has weapons on the torsi instead of arms, it moved 3.9 kph faster than the OP's build and had 2 more DHS.
