May as well put the JJ in the CT, and the DHS in the legs for that bonus cooling. for your max JJ fun, given the lack of AMS or cAP or cECM.
That's what she says. But yeah it should be fine to have them both in the same arm. Maybe rip some off hand armor/DHS to give it a bigger engine.
They are tiny, but people are going to see where your beams are coming from, and all it would take is one or two well placed shots to render you completely useless. Maybe its is fine tho, I'll try putting them in one arm and see how things turn out
