Ilya Muromets "Horizontal Poptart" (1x AC10, 1xAC5, 2xPPC, XL280)

Something fun you can try with the stock engine that I've done well with. Almost the same thing as the sniper builds people have been trying on the 3D but with a little more punch in exchange for the JJs. If the Ilya is your first mech and you wanna get used to being a sniper without dealing with the poptart screenshake first, then I highly recommend you try this build.
You pretty much hide behind terrain or an assault and drop a 35 pt alpha on someone. If they're further than 500m, you may want to avoid shooting the AC10, as the lag from the lower projectile speed will be fairly noticeable at that point. For under 500, you won't really notice as much. Having the AC10/AC5 works pretty well for mid range brawling once people start getting soft.
