I've recently played the version with streaks, but I felt it was too much hot and I wasn't able to shoot so often those quad cLPL (obviously without ghost heat) because my heat dissipation simply wasn't enough to keep a stable DPS. Then, I thought to drop those often pointless streaks in favor of MOAR heatsinks and mid-long range efficiency, so I've played with smurfy and I came up with these builds. You are nearly "heat stable" by firing continously only 2 cLPL and you can shield with your left side to soak some damage. Plus, with the recent patch with the STD engine you are not gonna lose that huge 40% heat dissipation of your engine's heatsinks if you lose one of your sides compared to the XL. ALT 1 (XL with endosteel): with a cXL version, you have a lot of tonnage to spare... So I found out that the only way to use all of it was to place a big TC and all the JJ the mech could fit, and in the process you lose 2 DHS. In the end, I thought it was not worth it. ALT 2 (XL without endosteel): on a second thought, I decided to just drop the endosteel structure, and fill up any slot available. The result is a heat dissipation so high that you can fire uninterruptedly 2 of your cLPL (54% Heat Management!), but it feels way too overkill and without JJ (in fact, you can drop 2DHS for a JJ and manage to have a 51% heat dissipation)
