This is my personal favorite of all mechs. The Hellbringer ("Loki"" to you freebirth pilots) is a Mech I am KNOWN for, both Online and in Table Top. I do very well in this machine. Enjoy...

Because I am in a good mood, I will fix this issue for you. If you click the FAQ button at the top ribbon however, you can learn how to not make the same mistakes that could have gotten this thread deleted. I'll even post you a link. https://www.mechspecs.com/faq/

Now, for the build. This is a good summoner build. But the only problem with it I can find is that is has the cAP... You have ECM to disable other ECM, but it does give you that extra fast lock time on targets....and lets you target shut down mechs...

Overall, I would love to see some screenshots on how this thing performs...

Thank you Vergere. Appreciate the courtesy. You say you want screenshots of how it performs? Like Battle Reports or ?

It seems...I dunno, kinda light to me. Very little armor in the torsos (43 CT, 32 in LT/RT), and losing either side torso kinda screws you. Lose the LT, and that's all your AC ammo, the ERLL, and the ECM. Lose the RT and you're down to just one laser, which isn't enough to do much unless the other team is on the verge of death; either way, losing a side torso reduces you to one weapon. Also, with no Artemis, that LRM15 has a lot of extra spread, which hurts it. With three different types of weapons, you don't have a very big alpha to bring to bear (and no possible way of making it pinpoint for that 36 firepower), while other Hellbringers could let loose a single alpha that could get through all of the armor on any torso component in one blast, and that's not even mentioning what a TBR, Thunderbolt, or Assault mech could do to this thing. Could drop the LRM down to a 10 and lose the cAP to get a lot more armor...or downgrade the laser into some ERMLs for the same:

Also, it's worth noting that the head or torso hardpoints are far better for the lasers. HBR has amazing high hardpoints in those spots, it's a waste to lose out on them.

While I agree with both you and Vergere on some points, there are others that I disagree with. For instance, I found the comment about Laser Placement quite edifying. Moreover, I also found the statement about the armour useful as well. Both points I shall incorporate into my further design refinement of this build. My thanks to you both for your input and feedback.

That being said, I disagree in regards to removing the electronics package from this Mech. It is meant to be a recon scout/pathfinder in concept. And I think all of us know that the machine is only part of the equation in the Battletech/Mechwarrior universe for combat. The other half of the equation is the Mechwarrior himself, his situational awareness, tactical skills, his experience, et cetera, et cetera. Without the man inside the machine, ti is a lifeless hulk.

Generally when I am piloting this mech I engage at range with the CLRM-15 and the CERLL, and usually manage to use all my LRM ammuntion in a mission. Once I expend my LRM ammo, I close into mid range, engaging with the CERLL and the CUAC10.

(Durandal, you posted the wrong machine. That is not exacly it.)

    Best Regards,
