I like the new engine size limit for almost 100 kph. Your build is good, maybe drop 1DHS for AMS. Maybe even strip some leg armor for a head-MPLas. Blagg
I don't like the 3 weapons group (ML, SL, MPL). Also strip the head before the legs on a medium. On almost all my mechs the head is at 6/4 armor. Also AMS is not that necessary. You're fast enough to get into cover and that tonnage is better used for a DHS.
MPL on the Head for a more pinpoint.damage if going Zombie. But for Range MLas are definitely better. I never strip armor from head because i got headshots too often in the past. And i usually dont get legged if i keep staying in Motion. With 98 kph there should be no problem. AMS is not necessary, but useful in teamfights. Sometimes you are fighting someone up close while someone else shoots Missiles at you. You maybe dont think about finding cover but try to kill the one close to you. And 98kph is not fast enough to escape lrms if you cant find any cover. But as said its not absolutely necessary.
It's still not the 112 kph hunchie from days of yore, but it's nice to have a true fastback return. My preferred tweak (prior to testing) is to remove two armor from the head and drop a DHS, then add either AMS or BAP depending on what you need.
Only thing i'd change, if any, is drop a bit of leg armor and upgrade one or two of the small lasers to mediums.
