_ Due to LPPCs having no more minimal range, you can actually brawl with them by exploiting the -20% cooldown quirk (2.4s cooldown pre-skills) coupled with an LBX10 and 10% quirk (~2s cooldown pre-skills) It doesn't look that bad on paper. The only thing that hurts me is the fact that I can't fit an XL engine without moving a LPPC on the left side (urgh). With an XL engine it would be perfect.
I may try this on my 4H later...TBH, I'm really enjoying all the LPPC builds I've tried lately. They really turned into a powerhouse with this tuning pass, and I love it XD
