Two variants of this build, one sacrifices a ton of ammo for an extra DHS. Simple medium-range build. Combine the AC10 with the ER PPC in the torso. You can substitute a PPC if you wish, which will be more efficient but limited at long and short range.
I didn't even make it halfway through a testing ground run before I realized how terrible this is. AC/10 quirk desyncs them too much.
