Having good play time with this pest. Chain fire the MRM's in the left torso to hose big targets while you reposition.
Lights and scouts can be held off by the group fire of Med Laser, Med pulse and Streak 2 combined with BAP to allow friendly missiles to track your targets. Also can be used with the MRMs without spiking your heat too badly.
LRM5, I usually include one LRM5 on most builds. Doesn't really contribute to damage, but helps by harassing and peppering enemies into taking defensive measures, allowing you and your team to press forward. Also if a team mate is being harassed by lights the LRM5 allows you to support them from 950m away.

Suits my tactics. Give it a few rounds, adjust to your flavor.

Hi Pesky Pests Inc. and welcome to Mechspecs! :) I just have a few friendly points/suggestions I want to make.

First, I just want to direct your attention to the link below, regarding the title of your builds. It can help to make sure things line up properly so the community can easily see what it is you're offering. ;)
    https://mechspecs.com/faq/how-do-i-make-a-correct-title-for-my-build.8/
(I've edited the title of this thread to reflect how it should look, and I hope it makes it easier for you in the future.)

Second, I just want to point out that your build as it currently stands doesn't have any SSRM ammo, so it would have to be adjusted accordingly for that SSRM2 to be of any value.

Third, I would recommend dropping at least 2 JJs (you could find the tonnage for the SSRM ammo there, for instance). Typically, you don't need more than 2 or 3 JJs on any given 'Mech for general use, unless you're looking to actually pop-tart or jump-snipe with the 'Mech. In this case, I thinkk you could easily get by with just a couple, or maybe 3, and put the remaining tonnage and slots to better use for ammo, weapons, etc.

Fourth, pairing a BAP and ECM on the same 'Mech is generally a waste, as the BAP is useless so long as the ECM is activated. I believe the BAP does provide a longer-ranged counter-measure for enemy ECM, so there is that minor benefit. But aside from that, the BAP is generally a waste of tonnage/slots in the build, so I would recommend removing it to make better use of the space.

Fifth and finally, we do have a rating system here, and typically I would rate a build like this fairly low. What works best in MWO, for the most part, are builds that focus on a specific range or playstyle; we actually had this discussion recently on our Discord server (which, by the way, anyone is welcome and encouraged to join and take part in!) and while we did not all agree, I think there was a consensus that you shouldn't have too many different types of weapon on any given 'Mech, as it makes it difficult to function efficiently for any given type of engagement.
In any case, with such a strange mix of weapons, with different ranges, durations, cooldowns, etc. I imagine it would be difficult to make a build like this work efficiently at any given time. This is just my opinion of course, and I can't say I've tried the build yet! But I would definitely recommend switching a couple things in favor of a more focused playstyle. I realize that (as indicated by the title) this build is meant to be a "jack of all trades" type of build, such that it can engage anything at any range. Even so, that type of build isn't likely to produce very positive results in an average match.

Here is something I would recommend trying, as an alternative build with a similar ability to manage multiple ranges:

If I have SSRMs, I like to use BAP even if I have ECM, as it can detect shut down mechs. Now, with MRMs and MLs its not too big an issue, but that is a reason to have BAP.

Excellent, I thought I was missing something on that. So there is fair reason to bring one at least, even with ECM.
