I bet better for mid-range attacks. I'm more curious about which would be more deadly in killing speed.
It's a Jenner... and not in a good way. I was just toying around in smufy with this concept: Max engine and max jump jets. It was an interesting idea at first but now I'm convinced that the GRF-1S needs at least one large laser weapon (LL, ERLL, PPC, etc) to merit taking it as opposed to a light mech with the same loadout. Alternatively you could run LRMs to justify the smaller laser weapons but then you might as well be running a Trebuchet or Catapult. Not hating on the build; it is good but it fills a role better left to the light brigade.
Hopefully weight will matter in MWO soonâ„¢. Weight restrictions + repair and rearm costs and I'll be a very happy Mechwarrior.
Built mine with a 300XL and 360 pts of armor instead, the pinpoint damaged is sick, and i guess the streaks are nice too. You're turning into my favourite go-to guy for nasty builds, blagg. 4/5
