    Please Change Title to:
    FS9-S "Merciless Firestarter" (6x ML, 2x AMS, 1x JJ, XL280)

    Here, I assume you mean this build.


    You have enough slots for FF, If you shave off some armor you can have an extra ton, for stuff:


    or better yet, get XL295:
