An attempt for an asymmetrical brawler. Theoretically it could work, in practice I'm still concerned about the CT that sticks out from the side torsoes and could be hit even when torso twisting... Still, it could be worth a try in PUG.

The idea is pretty simple: every weapon has the same cooldown: 4 seconds minus an overall 10% cooldown quirk, so you can always alpha strike at the same time after a torso twist. Use your half dead side torso (right torso in this case) as a shield and fire your weapons accordingly to your heat level: alpha strike when cool, only AC20 and SRMs when hot. When you will lose your dead side (and no other DHS has been destroyed), you will still have a nice 55% heat efficiency with the remaining AC20+SNPPC+SRM6+A, or you can permafire the AC20 and SRM6 (110% heat efficiency without the remaining SNPPC).

LE325 version is overall a downgrade: you gain only +1DHS but when you will lose a side torso, you will lose more than 1 engine's Double Heat Sinks, which they do actually performs better than the gained DHS. IMHO is not worth it compared to the STD version.

Feel free to move around the weapons or to switch the dead side torso. Be carefull to not lose too many DHS or to fit both SNPPC on the same "good" torso because you will actually never be able to fire both SNPPCs for a long time once you lose those DHSs on the "dead" side torso... That's why I would keep 1 SNPPC on each side.
