Saw a video with this 3LPL build. I'm always interested in making an all-LPL build with decent mobility and tankiness. Very hard to fit 3LPL in a crab, for instance, but this is very interesting, especially with the energy cooldown (15%), heat (15%), and laser duration (10%) quirks! Has a dead-side, decent cooling, and that high shoulder hard-point.
