Finally bought this mech. First game out, 6 kills, 5 assists, 10 components and top damage in the match.
5/5, Enjoyable and reasonably successful when run by a mediocre pilot(me), unskilled and in a lost match.
5/5, The current perks for an EBJ-EC come with a 20% Ballistic cooldown, and a 20% UAC jam chance reduction. Add this to 4xcUAC2 and the -15% UAC jam duration from skills and this mech wrecks.

I believe that is the case, but in order for the OP mech to work you need to take the A arms which have 1 ballistic and 2 Laser hardpoints each. I have since switched to a 2xcUAC 10 and 4x cERsml with a TC2 have only played a couple games with it though.
