So, I guess I first have to mention that it's not an optimal, nor a very original build. But it is easy to play, fast and it packs a punch. How do you make that thing work ? Glad you asked. Just wait for the right time and call a push, then roll over every mech that get in your way. You got more than enough armor to tank the damage for your smaller friends, so before charge in, make sure that they follow you to take advantage of it. I don't like LE, can I run it standard ? It seems to work with a STD340, but it's too hotter and slower for me. How can I improve that build ? If you are good at torso-twisting, you can put both SNPPC it the right arm in order to shield with your left side. But good players often aim for your right torso (to shut the big gun down), so i like to still have a weapon if my right side dies. If you often run out of ammo, you can remove one or two heatsinks to get more bullets. But personally, I like cold builds. What if I think this build is too hot ? It's not. Even on hot maps, you are more than fine. I am on Polar Highland (or any other "long range" map), how can i get this thing to close range ? Wait behind cover for the lrm rain to stop, then push hard with your friends, or go to a flank to get closer, then stomp the ennemy battle line one mech at a time. What if I think theses advices are bad, terrible ones ? It probably means that you got a better build on the way, or that you actually are a way better pilot than me (And there's a lot of better pilots), then please, post a better one below ! That's what this forum is made for !
