LFE390 is a really heavy engine that is hard to justify (especially if you don’t use the 5th engine heat sink slot) - you gain a small amount of speed for a big loss in firepower. With LFE I don’t go over 350 rating. If I have to have a higher rating It means XL and even then I cannot justify going over XL375 unless it’s an XL400 build for LOLs... For example, with LFE350 you will go 70 mph before skills, which is still very nice, and gain 12 free tons. If you drop the TC this allows you to replace 3 ERML with 3 Large Lasers and still maintain a very good heat management (LLs are a lot more efficient in damage/heat than ERMLs), higher alpha, higher dps, and better range.
That's why it's a meme build. I'm experimenting with going as fast as you can as a Charger. That said, I still couldn't justify the extra 3.5 tons or whatever jumping from a 390 to a 400, lol.
