I love my CDA-3C in QP. Running it with an XL330 and regular MGs there. It's a very cool build with great quirks for the ERPPC making it a very fun singular weapon. MGs add DPS for when components are open. So, what if the MGs did even more DPS? You'd get this. 4HMG is surprisingly effective at taking out components if you can afford the facetime. If LE is too slow for you, you can take an XL. You lose some survivability but your CT will generally take the most fire. It also frees tonnage for a BAP which improves target info time (could be valuable).
