The armor allocation on that build is terrible. I'd get rid of one DHS and use the tonnage to max the armor on the legs and CT.
You have shield arms, rip armor out of them and invest them on the CT and legs. Also, you have almost a ton of unused weight left. You can AT LEAST do this. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY O REASON YOU LFET THOSE WEIGHT UNUSED WHEN YOU HAVE UNFILLED ARMOR AT ALL. Remember, extra weight unused do not make your mech faster or more agile, they are just wasted. If you drop one DHS you can get FF and further boost your speed by having a higher engine rating.
