Two high energy hard points makes for a great sniper. SSRMs and BAP to deal with the ECM lights who like to rush snipers. Jump jets works for both sniping and pop tarting.
A little less armor and 1 jumpjet less, but at least you have better heat efficiency now. Even though you split the weapon ranges, it's good to have full firepower in close combat situations from time to time. I like the build, the quirks support it nicely too!
