Seems an obvious build, the stock dual UAC20 is too hot and not enough ammo for casual play. By installing dual UAC10's, you can double your ammo capacity, plus upgrade your secondary lasers to ER Mediums with a little armor shaving.
ERML's and UAC10's do make a good combo, but I think you've sacrificed too much armor and the build is way too hot. Keeping the set of 8 I went with 2xUAC10 and 4xERSL. The range of the ERSL's isn't so great, But it is much more sustainable from the armor and heat standpoint. Plus the arm hardpoints are pretty low and wide, making them less useful for quick peaking. When you have poorer hardpoints, it is better to put lower tonnage weapons in them, if any weapons at all.
