Strengths of the Build: High damage output across all ranges, high survivability. Distribution of hardpoints means that all MLs are fired from the arms for maximum precision, and both SRMs are fired from your LT for a minmal spread.

Weakness of the Build: Low speed, usually gets primaried

Strategy: This thing is made to move on the frontline. At long range, use Gauss and MLs, at short range, start using the SRM6s as well. If the engagement lasts long enough for your heat to build up, only fire SRMs and Gauss until you cool down.

Note(s): I've been using this Mech almost exclusively for the past couple of weeks and have had a lot of success with it. If you like hard hitting Mechs that have staying power and can take a beating, you should give this a try. Module can be fitted according to preference if you drop a single HS.

Nice build but it looks like it's been built for extended campaigns. What about dropping a ton of ammo from the gauss and a ton of ammo from the SRMs and adding AMS and some ammo to feed it? Might increase the survivability even when primary?

    Thanks for the feedback, Michael.

Dropping some ammo for an AMS is definitely an option if that suits your playstyle and is not prevented by hardpoint limitations. Personally, I try to offset the lack of an AMS with good positioning and prefer to take some extra ammo, since I often tend to run out towards the end of a match if I drop with less than 3 tons each.

I wouldn't say high damage at all ranges either. You have a gauss for long range but otherwise you're all brawler.

Decent build, I used similar one myself before OB. I find the most frustrating thing with brawler atlas builds is the fight tends to be over by the time your 48.6km behemoth gets to it. For what it is this is fine though, consider upgrading to double heatsinks.

I tried an -RS build that was just like this, I think, and it was fun. However I'm not an assault pilot. Way too slow for my liking, but it's fun. :)
