Essentially transitioning one of my KDK-3 builds over to this chassis for quad dakka without ghost heat. A fair amount of ammo and cooling should be good for multiple waves of invasion defense. I may have to break down and get this pack to fill out my faction play drop deck and actually test it. Looks like there may be room to drop a heat sink or two for medium lasers, a jump jet or more speed.
Economical version with stock engine. Their team ran out of the circle with plenty of time and ammo left.
5/5, There is just so much dakka. I know how you feel about that domination match I had so much ammo left to go after everyone died I started shooting at my teamates to satiate the blood lust this build gives you. I have the lasers for something to tickle them with in a duel and sometimes on the rare occasion everything jams at once. I will definitely try your builds and get back to you on how they feel. I mean they're both more heat efficient then mine so this is gonna be fun to try.
Any suggestions on how to Skill Tree this up? Tried my buddies and it was a beast but didn't look at his skill tree.

5/5, This mech is a beast, love it. Multiple 1k games, nearly always performs well. I think it is worth it to pause to align your cooldowns so you can get big full double taps in, rather than de-syncing your 10's and 5's by spam clicking. 5/5, One of the best (if not the best) meta dakka for clanners. I've just bought it. Even unskilled, it can unleash deadly volleys in no time.
With the heat dissipation rate change in the latest patch my build on this became absurdly cool, no danger of overheating in extended combat even on hot maps. So I thought I would trade some of that cooling capacity for some benefit. I went with a bigger TC. TC3 for faster zip on your shells and better crit chance!: edit/update - in restrospect, the TC3 is not really worth it. Still can use the cooling. Stick with a TC1 at most.
Saw a very skilled player running the dakka madcat in quickplay with jump jets. Jump jets! well why not. He was getting some pretty good height on his jumps too, so I think he may have gone for all three. Really gives you an interesting and powerful added ability to pop tart dakka and navigate terrain better. I'm not running the build, but my best attempt to reverse engineer it:
5 solo kills?!?! did you jump down to the poor newbs in Tier 5? naaasty. But yeah, the mech is still awesome. I've recently knocked out some solid 700, 800 damage multi kill games in it.
Still a beast. Optional skill tree with more mobility. https://kitlaan.gitlab.io/mwoskill/...031081cde7f000000000070a5dbb0820101#s=Weapons
Thanks to 20th april 2021 patch, instead of going full UAC you can use standard AC10 coupled with UAC5 so they both have the very same projectile speed and pellets per shot (also damage per shot) for maximum synergy
